Stickers are like banners, but more fun. I can put stickers on any page. If you want to see the stickers in their full glory, you will have to turn on javascript.

Stickers!

Stickers are an idea I came up with while watching videos of the demo for Little Big Planet.

They are not dissimilar to a number of web and document annotation methods crossed with a certain amount of the wiki about them. The logic is that anyone can just drag a sticker off the the menu bar, and create their own annotation to my website. They can keep it to themselves, or share it with the world.

Stickers can have a variety of different content types. People can type their own, just make shapes, draw a little, add an image, anything really. Each sticket stays in place. You can also have you sticker age. Older stickers get damaged, creased, and eventually fall off the site. You'll probably find them lying around at the bottom of the screen. Please keep my website tidy!

Stickers can also be added to different websites, which borrow my sticker system (compulsory javascript link example thingy and howto on its way!) Who knows, if I get round to it I might even make a (stick favourite browser here, as long as it's firefox) toolbar to let you put stickers on any site.

Oh yeah, stickers need javascript. Lots and lots of javascript. You also have to have to be registered with the site, so it knows whose stickers are whose.
